Associations

We are very well known in the business community. We have been actively involved in professional and community activities. Some of the associations in which our management group has excelled and the offices held include, among others:

 
• The Presidency of the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants and various committees
 
• The Presidency of the Puerto Rico Board of Public Accountancy 
 
• The Presidency of various committees of the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce and the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association 
 
• Members of the Boards of Directors of the Home Builders Association, the Puerto Rico Hotel and Tourism Association, and others  
 
• Members of the Governing Council of the American Institute of CPAs
 
• The Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce selected our President, Héctor J. Vélez, as the entrepreneur of the year in the service industry for 1996.
   
• The Home Builders Association selected our President, Héctor J. Vélez, associate member of the year for the year 2000.
